This Privacy Statement refers to Park Hotel Kyoshkove, which is managed by BORU STYLE Ltd. This document describes in detail how we use and process the personal data you provide us with when using our hotel accommodation and services. You will find information regarding how to access this data, make modifications and selecting from several options regarding how you allow us to process personal data you provide us with for the purposes of making use of our facilities. 

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE MAKE USE OF? 

• We collect the following types of personal data: 
• Your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, personal ID number, date of birth, gender, nationality, ID card / passport, country where the identification document is issues. 
• Details regarding your stay which includes dates of arrival and departure, floor, room, apartment, number of nights spent. 
• Video surveillance footage, recorded via control cameras with the purpose of ensuring security and prevention of public order violations in the area of the parking lot, restaurant terraces, hotel entrances. Information regarding this type of video data collection is indicate via information boards and signs, located in visible areas of our premises. 

WHY DO WE COLLECT, USE AND DISTRIBUTE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? 

• For the purposes of regulatory and legal obligations: The main aim of making use of your personal information is to fulfill regulatory and legal obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Tourism Act, the Civil Registry Act, the Law on Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria. 
•  For the purposes of making reservations: We make use of personal data so that we can complete your reservation and send you a confirmation e-mail; additional e-mail is sent prior to your date of arrival and information on our accommodation conditions. 
• For the purposes of obtaining feedback: We may make use of your contact information to invite you to write a review after your stay and rate your experience. Such feedback aids other travelers to choose the most appropriate and suiting type of accommodation for their needs. 
• For the purposes of further communication: In some cases, we may contact you by e-mail, post, phone or SMS, depending on which contact details you have chosen to share with us. For example: It may happen that we need to respond to your request or additionally process it. 
•  For the purposes of prevention and investigation of fraud cases: We may use your personal data in cases of investigation and prevention of fraud and other actions against the law. 

• For the purposes of improving our services: Last but not least, we use your personal data to improve our services, user experience and continuously improve the quality of the services we offer. 

HOW DO WE PROCESS AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA REGARDING THIRD PARTIES? 

• Regulatory authorities: We disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies and other government institutions, to the extent required by law or necessary for the purposes of prevention, detection and prosecution of criminal offenses and fraud. 
•  Third-party vendors: We may use third-party service providers who process your personal information on our behalf. This process is related to facilitating digital and online payments. These third-party providers are legally bound by confidentiality clauses and are not permitted to use your personal data for their own benefits or for the purposes of other parties. 

ARCHIVING AND STORING PERSONAL DATA 

We will store and archive your personal information for the period of time that is required in order to provide you with our services, conduct our business, comply with applicable laws and regulations (including laws regarding document archiving) and potentially resolve any arising disputes with each party. Only authorized and specially trained staff has access to storing and processing your personal information in the course their work.

In connection to your personal data, you have the following rights (please note some of those might be subjected to additional conditions set out in the legislation). 

1. Right to access your personal data - you have the right and you may request more detailed information about how we use your private information and a copy of the specific data we store for you. 
2. The right to edit and correct inaccurate personal data associated with you. 
3. The right to request restrictions regarding processing of your personal information in the case of an ongoing complaint that is taken under consideration. 
4. The right to object to the processing of your personal data - unless there are convincing legal grounds for the processing or it is necessary for meeting legal requirements. 
5. The right to request erasing personal data related to you (exercising "the right to be forgotten") - in the cases where there is no legal grounds for storing and keeping your personal information. 
6. The right to receive the personal data you have provided us with and you are concerned with the purposes of making use of those again by transferring them to another administrator (the right of transferability). 
7. The right to file a complaint to the competent supervisory authority in the cases when your rights have been violated or you have been harmed by unlawful processing of your personal data (The Data Protection Supervisory Authority in the Republic of Bulgaria, the Personal Data Protection Commission: Sofia, 2 Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., code 1592).
